Louise and Tim’s picturesque Matilda Bay Wedding

Welcome to our Real weddings – Vendi Style. Our very own Vendi, Trish, from Trish Woodford Photography shared with us one of her favourite weddings from the 2022/2023 wedding season.

Louise & Tim got hitched surrounded by family & friends at Point Resolution in Dalkeith on a beautiful warm Saturday in March 2023. Louise & Tim kicked off their special day with a first look followed by their wedding party photos at UWA, giving them time to mingle with their guests straight after their ceremony. After sharing their love story and vows in front of family and friends, including a very special guest, their furbaby Holly, the couple celebrated their wedding into the evening at the picturesque Matilda Bay.

What did you love about this wedding?

I loved everything about their wedding day, from the flow of having a first look after getting ready, taking wedding photos with their wedding crew at UWA before the ceremony to having their furbaby, Holly along for the ride….and of course, enjoying gelato right after their vows via The Mobile Gelato Cart.

What were the stand out features of Louise & Tim’s wedding?

Seeing how relaxed Louise and Tim were, they even enjoyed a takeaway coffee with their wedding crew under a fig tree just before heading to their ceremony.

And the way Tim looked at Louise, like he was the luckiest man alive.

The colour palette:

Louise’s gorgeous bridesmaids wore a lovely shade of pink and carried bouquets filled with mauve, pinks, oranges and cream coloured roses. And Tim & his lads looked very sharp in navy suits with bowties.

Dusk at Matilda Bay even treated us to a stunning, dreamy, warm pastel sky.
